Brightest Blessings Fellow Pagans!!! Lets see i'm feeling insightful this morning, so bear with me with my ramblings. ;P

I have spent my life wandering in a cloud, feeling lost and alone, not understanding who i was what i was here for and where i belong, in short i had lost my nickel before i realized it was gone. Now i have gone threw hell and back looking for this nickel, i've walked in a blind state but then one day i see this flicker, not sure as to what it is i bypass it without a second thought. Foolish me! Who knows how many times i had it in my sights but never aknowledged its presence, it had been slowly changing my life but i guess i was to blind or to stupid to see it. Then one day a lil voice on my shoulder whispered in my ear open yr eyes and take those damn rose colored glasses off and "LOOK". Well i did and there it is, my precious nickel staring me in my face, i have found my nickel..... BUT..... i can't get at it its sitting at the bottom of a storm drain gutter with a very strong grate obstructing my getting at it. I try to reach it but its just out of reach, i try to pull the grate away, but its secure and strong..... frustrating most definately, but also very humbling..... for it has taught me something very valuable..... for every person "Will" find their nickel, but it doesn't mean u can always have it.

Yup this is definately something for one to ponder.....but anyways i shall go, Have a Blessed Day! In Love and Light, BB)o(

Blessings to all, i found these 2 Protection Chants  and i myself enjoy using either one before i do any spell casting in my circle. Thought you might enjoy using them yourself , so i decided to post them here.

PROTECTION CHANT
Here is a protection chant to protect you from evil, you should do this before and after doing spells.
Visualize your self sitting in the middle of the pentagram facing upwards with 3 circles of purple light
around you and say:
Protect me with all your might
Goddess gracious day and night
Say it three times and end with, So Mote It Be!
PROTECTION CHANT
Trice around the circle's bound
Sink all evil into the ground
Say it three times and end with, So Mote It Be!

How to tap into the Power of Tarot:

Do you know much about Tarot?

I love playing the Tarot cards. They, along with Runes are very
powerful tools when it comes to magick and Witchcraft.

ALL witches should have their own set of Tarot cards and know how
to use them.

I will go through some specifics myself.  

Easy Tarot Reading

OK - so the first step is for you to purchase your own set of Tarot
Cards.

These do not have to be expensive by any means.

The key is that you pick a set that YOU are drawn to.

That you feel CALL you, SPEAK to you.

Most Tarot card sets have wonderful visuals - created by the artist
who produced them.

So pick a set that you enjoy looking at.

Then when you have handpicked your very own set of Tarot cards (or
if you have some already).

Take the time to "Ritualize" them.

Burn a candle - preferably Purple or White (one that can burn for
about 3-5 hours).

Find a luxurious piece of fabric - again in regal purple, deep red,
white, or emerald green.

These are all highly significant colors to help stimulate the
powers of the cards and combine them with your own powers.

Recommended fabric types are silk, sateen or velvet.

Also have a piece of ribbon or plush cord - again in any of the
above colors.

Sit with your tarot cards before you in front of the burning candle.

And hold them in your hands - transmitting your energy - bringing
it in from above your head - calling the energy of your Higher
Power to come in through your head, via your heart, down your arms,
through your hands and into the cards.

Breathe into this for about 6 breaths with your eyes closed,
focused on transmuting this energy.

Then still with your eyes closed, focus on bringing the energy from
the earth, from Mother Nature, from the ground, the plants, the
trees, up through your feet, your legs, into your torso, resting
in your heart again and then traversing down through your arms and
hands into the cards.

Do this too for 6 breaths.

You are calling on the energies of the Heavens and Earth to
entertwine with your own and Bless these cards.

Trusting and empowering you with the power to use these cards for
good. For insight into your own life and others that bid you to
perform a reading.

Then when you have completed this - and this ceremony will fill you
with an unspeakable & powerful joy and peace at the same time
(trust me - its incredible!).

Gently wrap your cards in the cloth and bind firmly with the cord.

Then rest these cards in a safe and special place where you feel
they will be happiest.

When you go to use them, spend a few moments connecting with their
energy and breathing into the power of the cards and entertwining
it with your own powers - at the same time invoking the power of
Heaven & Earth to guide you in that moment.
